We developed this new technology to address the demand from industries for better waste remediation systems that allow for future plant growth as well as bringing them back within environmental resource consent requirements.

We are extremely proud and excited to partner with our cornerstone customer NIG Nutritionals. We are building a world first commercial sized wastewater treatment filtration plant that delivers clean, reusable water from their Paerata plant's waste.

The plant at NIG Nutritionals will be complete within 6 months. The new wastewater treatment system will significantly reduce NIG Nutritional’s impact on the environment by reducing their net water demand and significantly enhance their solid waste treatment.

We are now in market and our partnership with NIG Nutritionals confirms that our technology is scalable and can work not only for the dairy industry but across wider food and beverage manufacturing and industries like wastewater and mining sectors.

At Hydroxsys we offer a turnkey wastewater treatment plant which reduces capital expense, as well as delivering significant operational savings. This is achieved by our proprietary low fouling, low pressure, high temperature and chemically tolerant membrane filter.

Our system is also able to capture and recycle CIP chemicals, saving manufacturing plants significant cost through reduced chemical use, water use & capturing residue energy through returning clean CIP fluid.

With 11 patents globally under our belt and more pending as well as our first customer on board we are excited about bringing this innovative technology to the world, revolutionising wastewater streams, reducing industry pollution leading to a cleaner, greener environment for everyone.
