Current technology does not allow for the reuse of CIP fluid in the wine manufacturing process. Hydroxsys’ partnered with a leading wine manufacturer to test their technology resulting in outstanding results for their world leading technology.

Project goal:

The wine manufacturer wanted to address their huge CIP chemical consumption and discharge to reduce both overheads and meet their environmental consent requirements.

Results:

• 8 tanks were efficiently cleaned and sanitised using a single CIP solution batch without fouling.

• CIP fluid recycled by the Hydroxsys system cleaned tanks as effectively as previous best-practice confirmed visually and by ATP bacteria results.
